Enerveo is one of the largest contracting businesses in the UK, offering a broad scope of services including mechanical, electrical, high voltage, EV infrastructure installation, test and inspection services, and street lighting.
Base Location: Remote in UK, with travel to clients and customers required.
Salary: £65-£80k depending on skills and experience. Car allowance, annual bonus, and a range of other benefits.
Working Pattern: Full Time, Permanent.
Responsibilities:
- You will engage regularly with C-suite decision makers and senior clients, understanding their needs and portraying how our evolving offerings can add real value.
- Your insights and strategic thinking will shape how we position ourselves in the competitive market.
- Developing and nurturing strategic relationships with potential customers across local authorities, housing developers, and infrastructure partners.
- Identifying and pursuing Term Maintenance Contract (TMC) opportunities and new market sectors aligned with our growth plans.
- Acting as the visible face of the business at a senior level, representing Enerveo with professionalism and credibility.
- Collaborating closely with senior management and project teams to ensure business objectives align with customer needs.
- Reporting directly to the Director of Highways Electrical and being a core part of the Senior Management Team.
Qualifications:
- Proven experience in business development within the highways electrical or related infrastructure sectors.
- A strong network and ability to build lasting relationships with senior stakeholders and C-suite executives.
- Knowledge of Term Maintenance Contracts and emerging market opportunities such as EV infrastructure and traffic signals.
- Strategic thinker with the ability to identify gaps in the market and present solutions that deliver value.
- Self-motivated individual contributor, comfortable working independently without direct reports.
- Full UK driving licence required.
- Willingness to travel up to 3 days per week.
