Locations: Fareham, Nottingham, Pontypool and Slinfold
Starting Salary: £20,394 (increases as you progress) + full travel & accommodation for training blocks + benefits
Working Pattern: Full-time (37 hours per week) with residential college training in one-week blocks (all expenses paid)

No problem at all! We don’t expect you to have worked in the industry before. We just want to see your enthusiasm, your willingness to learn, and your commitment to making the most of this opportunity.
What else should I know?
- You’ll attend training in Norwich in 1-week blocks (roughly every 3 months), fully paid.
- We’ll support you to complete Maths & English Functional skills Level 2 if needed.
- We’ll need you to be 16+ and have finished school.
- Driving licence isn’t needed now, but it is by the end of the apprenticeship to be offered a permanent role.
- Previous experience in electrical or construction is great, but definitely not essential.
