You’ll be a trusted partner to managers and employees, ensuring smooth HR operations while driving improvements in how we use data, systems, and technology to support our workforce.
- What you’ll do
- Support people & managers
- Provide day-to-day HR advice and guidance to line managers
- Support employee relations cases, including absence, disciplinaries and grievances
- Build strong relationships across the site
- Deliver the employee lifecycle
- Support recruitment, onboarding, and offboarding processes
- Prepare contracts, offer letters, and employee documentation
- Conduct exit interviews and identify improvement opportunities
- Maintain HR systems and ensure data accuracy
- Produce reports to support business decision-making
- Support payroll coordination and HR audits
- Drive HR innovation
- Identify opportunities to improve processes and employee experience
- Support digital HR initiatives across the business
- Contribute to culture & projects
- Support engagement initiatives and transformation plans
