Enerpro is a fast growing specialist engineering and construction businesses in offshore energy.

We're looking for a Construction Manager to take full ownership of our Construction Division - not to manage projects within an existing structure, but to build that structure from the ground up.

This is a newly created, senior role reporting to the Operations Manager and working closely with the MD.

You'll take complete ownership of construction activity across the business: commercial performance, client relationships, technical delivery, and the people who make it all happen.

  • What you'll be doing
  • Own construction delivery end to end, from planning through to safe, on-time completion
  • Drive the financial performance of the division - revenue, margin, utilisation, forecasting
  • Build and lead a competent team as the division grows
  • Coach and develop Project Engineers, Supervisors and future leaders
  • Lead tenders and pricing, and support business development
  • Act as the primary client interface for construction work Set the standards, systems and procedures the division will run on
  • What you'll bring
  • Substantial, time-served experience in construction management within oil & gas or energy - hands-on credibility matters more to us than formal qualifications
  • A track record of running construction projects end to end, including the commercial side (NEC/LOGIC contracts, variations, change control)
  • Experience with onshore and offshore surveys, CDM regulations and Permit to Work systems
  • The ability to lead multi-disciplinary teams and stay composed under pressure
  • A genuine appetite to build something and lead from the front
