Working closely with commercial, operational, and technical teams, you will identify opportunities, build long-term customer relationships, and position Hydratight as a trusted provider of Process & Pipeline Services solutions.The ESSA region represents a significant growth opportunity for Hydratight, with increasing demand for services including Leak Testing, Lube Oil Flushing, Chemical Cleaning, Hydro Milling, and Hydro Testing.This role is accountable for developing and executing the regional growth strategy for PPS, expanding market presence, and securing new business with key operators, EPC contractors, and industrial customers. You will work closely with regional sales teams, operations, and EMEA technical specialists to ensure customers receive high-quality solutions that support safe, reliable, and efficient operations.The position requires a commercially focused and collaborative approach, with responsibility for building a strong sales pipeline, increasing revenue, and supporting the delivery of the region's strategic growth objectives.Job Duties and ResponsibilitiesDevelop and execute the regional growth strategy for Process & Pipeline Services across the ESSA regionIdentify, qualify, and convert new business opportunities within oil and gas, petrochemical, power generation, and industrial marketsBuild and maintain strong relationships with operators, EPC contractors, and key stakeholders to support long-term growthPromote Hydratight's Process & Pipeline Services portfolio, including Leak Testing, Lube Oil Flushing, Chemical Cleaning, Hydro Milling, and Hydro Testing solutionsEngage with customers early in project planning and maintenance cycles to position Hydratight as a preferred service providerDevelop strategic account plans to increase customer engagement, revenue, and market shareWork closely with operations, estimation, and technical teams to develop competitive and commercially sound proposalsSupport bid preparation, pricing strategies, and contract negotiations while maintaining margin expectationsDeliver against agreed revenue and profitability targetsMonitor market activity, customer requirements, and industry trends to identify new opportunities for growthProvide commercial guidance and support to regional sales teams to strengthen PPS market positioningContribute to sales-to-operations handovers to ensure alignment on scope, deliverables, and customer expectationsSupport project reviews and customer feedback activities to encourage repeat business and continuous improvementMaintain accurate customer, opportunity, and forecasting information within Salesforce CRMParticipate in regular sales reviews, forecasting discussions, and strategic planning activitiesFollow internal approval processes and escalation proceduresEnsure compliance with all health, safety, environmental, and quality standardsRepresent the organisation professionally in all customer and internal interactionsAdhere to company policies, procedures, and operational standardsSkills and CompetenciesProven experience in business development, technical sales, or commercial roles within industrial services, engineering, or energy-related sectorsStrong ability to identify, develop, and secure new business opportunitiesExperience building and maintaining customer relationships across multiple stakeholder levelsEffective communication, presentation, and negotiation skillsCommercial awareness with the ability to balance customer needs and business objectivesAbility to work independently while collaborating effectively with cross-functional teamsStrong planning, organisation, and opportunity management skillsCustomer-focused mindset with a proactive approach to problem solvingUnderstanding of industrial maintenance, asset integrity, shutdowns, or project environmentsKnowledge of Process & Pipeline Services, Leak Testing, Hydro Testing, Chemical Cleaning, Lube Oil Flushing, or related industrial services would be advantageousExperience using Microsoft Office and CRM platforms such as SalesforceFluent English communication skills, both written and verbalWillingness to travel across the ESSA region as requiredEducation and ExperienceBachelor's degree in Engineering, Business, Technical Studies, or a related discipline, or equivalent practical experienceSignificant experience in technical sales, business development, or industrial service environmentsDemonstrated success in developing new customers and growing existing accountsExperience working with industrial, energy, petrochemical, power generation, or infrastructure customers is highly desirableExperience selling technical services or engineered solutions is preferredWhy join us?Enerpac Tool Group offers the opportunity to work in a global environment where safety, technical expertise, and collaboration are central to how work is delivered.
