Business Contribution:
To control the quality and traceability of all manufactured components in accordance with the Company’s Management System.
Key Responsibilities:
To perform inspection requirements in accordance with the Company\’s Product Quality Requirements.
To record all traceability-related information as required by the Company\’s Management System.
To liaise with all suppliers in relation to quality-related performance.
To Manage Quality Documentation relating to manufactured products as per customer requirements
To monitor calibration status and maintain associated records for all inspection equipment.
To participate in 6S activities.
To support continuous improvement initiatives.
To adhere to the Company\’s Procedures in relation to Quality Management and Environment Systems.
To adhere to the Company\’s Safety Procedures and Policies.
To construct various quality KPI\’s
Ensure all HSSEQ rules and regulations are communicated and enforced throughout the Organization. Proactively participate to safety awareness and improvement
Represent the Company in a professional manner at all times, both internally and externally. Follow the published processes and comply with all company policies and procedures. Be an ambassador for the businesses in particular ensure that Health & Safety comes first at all times.
Required Capabilities:
An effective and assertive communicator (both written and oral).
Fully conversant with quality control equipment and processes including CMM operation.
Experience in a reactive production/engineering environment having a consistent focus on priorities
and associated deadlines).
Computer literate.
Conversant with lean manufacturing and continuous improvement principles.
Academic experience should be to City and Guilds level in an appropriate related engineering/manufacturing discipline.
