The role
A permanent role has arisen here at EnerMech for a Senior Payroll Administrator to join our Finance team in Aberdeen. This is a full time position offering 37.5 hours per week. The role will be reporting to our Payroll Lead and form part of the wider Finance team.
Responsibilities
- Preparation of payroll input information for outsourced payroll service provider
- Processing of employee expense claims & credit cards
- Assisting with the preparation and submission of P11D’s
- Meeting with HR to ensure all relevant data requirements are met for payroll processing
- Resolving payroll issues and inquiries from employees in a timely manner
Requirements
You are
To be successful for this role you will have previous experience in a hands on payroll coordinator/administration role. You will be skilled in high volume payroll environments (e.g. 1000+ employees) and hold strong Excel skills.
You will have strong attention to detail and numerical skills and good communication skills both written and verbal.
