A new role has arisen in our Small Bore Tubing/Integrity service line for a SBT Technician to join our offshore flying squad on a permanent basis. This is a staff position where you will work offshore on an ad-hoc basis predominantly in the North Sea. Role will include a retainer salary and offshore allowances for days worked carried out. The role will be to conduct SBT Inspections and Installation activities for various clients onshore/offshore assets and do strength/pressure testing of SBT assemblies. You will also prepare accurate reports and correspond within the timescales set for each individual project with the onshore focal point.
The Requirements
- To be successful for this position you will hold a recognised trade qualification or equivalent and it is essential you have your ECITB TSBT01, TSBT02. We may also consider candidates with BFPA training instead.
- Previous experience working within a similar role offshore is required and having good Hydraulic Fittings and Hose Awareness is key.
