The Role and Responsibilities
A new role has arisen here at EnerMech for a Hose Inspector/Installer. This is a full time offshore staff position and will in join ad-hoc trips mainly in the North Sea.
The role will involve the following duties and responsibilities;
- to visually inspect customers hoses and fittings
- identify hose types, fittings and condition
- tag and register hoses
- completion of hose registers and reporting accurately on a timely basis
- recommending possible solutions to problems identified with customer\’s hoses
- Hose assembly and pressure testing
The Requirements
To be successful for this role you will have relevant offshore industry experience and have proven work experience in the manufacture and/or inspection of flexible hoses.
Ideally you will hold an industry recognised certification in hose assembly such as the BFPA.
