Position Overview
As the Global HR Business Partner at EnerMech, you will serve as a key strategic partner to our leadership and management teams across the globe. Reporting to the SVP HR, and a part of the HRLT, your primary focus will be to align our human resources strategies with our business goals to drive organizational effectiveness and foster a positive working environment. This role requires a deep understanding of our business, strong consultative skills, and the ability to navigate complex workforce challenges.
Key Responsibilities
- Act as a trusted advisor to senior leaders, providing expert guidance on HR-related issues including organizational design, talent management, performance management, and employee relations
- Collaborate with the leadership team to develop and implement HR strategies that support business objectives and promote a high-performance culture
- Advise on best practices in recruitment, training, and development to attract, retain, and develop top talent within the organization
- Facilitate change management initiatives to ensure smooth transitions in organizational shifts, minimizing disruptions
- Analyze workforce trends and metrics to identify opportunities for improvement and to inform decision-making
- Lead and participate in HR projects that enhance the employee experience and elevate organizational effectiveness
- Act strategically, working with the top leaders to analyze and implement strategies for HR improvements
Qualifications
- Proven experience as an HR Business Partner or similar role, with 8+ years in HR functions and demonstrated exposure to global HR practices
- A solid understanding of business functions and a keen ability to align HR practices with business goals
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to build relationships with stakeholders at all levels
- Strong analytical skills, with experience in interpreting HR metrics and data to inform strategy
- Proficiency in change management methodologies and the ability to manage organizational change effectively
- A relevant HR qualification such as CIPD or equivalent is preferred
