The Role and Responsibilities
Due to continued growth, EnerMech is looking for a Field Supervisor to join our Pipelines & Subsea team, as part of our ad-hoc offshore flying squad. This is an offshore staff role that includes a retainer salary, offshore day rate, and allowances.
The Field Supervisor will provide client support and onsite leadership, utilizing a detailed technical understanding of Pipelines and Subsea services, including pigging, hydrotesting, dewatering, drying, and umbilical testing.
You will be responsible for the safe and productive running of the shift, both onshore and offshore, and act as the focal point for QHSE matters at the shift level, reporting to the EnerMech Project Manager as required.
The Requirements
Successful candidates will have relevant offshore industry experience, ideally in a supervisory role. You should be competent with pipelines and subsea generic equipment, able to understand P&IDs and pipeline calculations, and have previous exposure to pipeline-related services. A safety-first approach and good basic IT skills are essential.
