We're looking for a Business Analyst to support data-driven decision making across our global operations. This role will work closely with multiple business functions to enhance reporting, improve data quality, and deliver actionable insights that support operational efficiency and performance.
You’ll play a key role in transforming data into meaningful intelligence, identifying trends, and supporting leadership with clear, structured analysis.
Key Responsibilities- Analyse operational data to identify trends, risks, and improvement opportunities
- Develop and maintain dashboards and reports to support business performance tracking
- Ensure data accuracy, consistency, and integrity across systems
- Partner with stakeholders to understand reporting needs and translate them into analytical outputs
- Support process improvement initiatives through data-driven insights
- Conduct deep dives into key metrics to support strategic and operational decision-making
- Work with multiple data sources to build a single, reliable view of performance
- Proven experience in a Business Analyst or Data Analyst role
- Strong analytical mindset with the ability to interpret complex datasets
- Experience with data visualisation tools (e.g. Power BI, Tableau)
- Advanced Excel skills; experience with data modelling is a plus
- Strong attention to detail, particularly around data quality and validation
- Ability to work across multiple stakeholders and functions
- Commercial awareness and the ability to link data to business outcomes
