The Role and Responsibilities
EnerMech are looking for a Spares and Maintenance Engineer to join our Lifting Solutions team in Aberdeen. This is a new position due to new work. This is a permanent role that will report to the Account Lead. The purpose of this role is to source, manage and support the supply of new spares to the client. The role is also responsible for managing and expediting the refurbishment and any client owned spares. Other main responsibilities will include but not be limited to the following:
- Provide day-to-day support to the EnerMech operations team for supply of materials to support crane operations
- Develop materials/quotes/CTR’s from client RFQ’s
- Manage any certification requirements
- Liaise with storage location and storage requirements
- Liaise with workshop for delivery of refurbished components
- Provide weekly updates on spares deliveries
The Requirements
You will hold or are working towards an NC/HNC/HND in a recognised relevant engineering discipline, or equivalent with a willingness to develop further education. You will have knowledge of Maintenance Management System and knowledge of cranes/cranes components. You will also have knowledge of procurement and supplier interfaces.
