An exciting new permanent opportunity has arisen for a HSE Advisor to work in our HSE department here at EnerMech in Aberdeen. The role will be responsible for providing professional and pragmatic HSE advice and guidance to the business in implementing Safety, Health and Environmental objectives and standards. You will be tasked with providing HSE support across our various Business Lines and our large onsite base in Aberdeen. The role is an excellent career opportunity for someone looking for a varied workload, with the opportunity to work across various sectors including O&G, Energy, Infrastructure, Nuclear and Construction.
- Support client audits
- Take an active role in internal HSE Committees
- Provide monthly and quarterly HSE reports
- Support the EnerMech HSE initiatives including behavioural safety
- Carry out trend analysis
- Coordinate the HSE surveillance process, including Noise, Display Screens and HAVS etc
- Support the business units in the achievement of HSE objectives
- Support the delivery of the Region HSE plan
- Conduct investigations should they be required
To be successful for this position you will be educated to HNC level or equivalent and hold a NEBOSH or IOSH Managing Safety. You will have experience in Audits and have had work experience in the Environmental side of H&S. You will also be Root Cause analysis trained. You will have a proven background in efficiently managing your own workload and showcase strong communication skills.
