Due to continued growth and demand, Ener Mech are expanding our existing team with the addition of a Business Development Manager.
This is a permanent role, reporting to the Business Development Director and will support our Energy Solutions Business Line for the Europe region.
The role will be responsible for identifying, pursuing and securing profitable commercial opportunities for Ener Mech whilst strategically positioning Ener Mech as the trusted partner for leading customers in the industry.
Lead customer identification and engagement to win new business opportunities aligned with the corporate strategy, agreed business plan(s) and the Business Forecasting Tools (BFTs)
Develop a reliable and visible pipeline of project opportunities (sales funnel) across the full BD life-cycle (customer 'mapping', lead generation, opportunity qualification, opportunity pursuit and capture as well as on-going account management and forecasting)
Provide input into opportunity qualification, win strategies, commercial discussions with direct input into and business development leadership of bids
To be successful in the role you will have an excellent understanding of the above mentioned offshore services and engineering industry with particular experience of the energy and infrastructure sectors.
You will also have demonstrable experience in developing and implementing target customer pursuit and key account plans.
It is preferred you have a minimum of 5 years experience in the Energy Services related to Business Development.
