We’re looking for an experienced Senior Draughtsperson to lead the preparation of technical drawings and design documentation across our project portfolio. You’ll coordinate drafting activities, maintain quality standards, and mentor junior team members. Working across a range of overhead line projects, you’ll play a key role in shaping the quality and consistency of our design outputs, ensuring all deliverables meet the highest technical and safety standards. As a senior member of the team, you’ll act as a technical point of reference, working closely with engineers, surveyors and project managers to support successful project delivery. You’ll also contribute to continuous improvement, helping to enhance drafting processes and develop the wider team.

The role is based in Copgrove, North Yorkshire, HG3 3TB.

Hours: Full-time, Permanent (37.5 hours per week)
