We are looking for motivated and outgoing individuals to join our team as Hybrid Door-to-Door Solar Canvassers / Sales Representatives. In this role, you will engage with homeowners, introduce the benefits of solar energy, and generate qualified leads for our solar sales consultants. Duties
- Canvass residential areas by going door-to-door to speak with homeowners
- Educate potential customers on the benefits of switching to solar energy
- Set appointments for in-home consultations with our sales team
- Record and track leads accurately using company tools
- Represent the company professionally and positively at all times
Requirements
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Self-motivated with a positive attitude
- Comfortable working outdoors and walking for extended periods
- Previous sales, canvassing, or customer service experience is a plus (but not required)
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Driving licence (access to a car) is essential
