Our client, based in Eastleigh, is seeking an experienced Solderer to join their manufacturing team. This is a hands-on role suited to someone with a solid background in electronics assembly and a keen eye for detail.
Key Responsibilities:- Perform conventional PCB assembly and mechanical assembly tasks.
- Accurately identify electronic components and complete kitting processes.
- Adhere to Environmental, Health & Safety standards at all times.
- Maintain clear communication and work effectively as part of a team.
- Comply with company codes of conduct and quality standards.
- Carry out tasks assigned by the Production Manager or Supervisors.
- Undertake any additional duties as directed by Team Leaders or Managers.
- Proven experience in soldering and manufacturing electronic assemblies.
- Ability to work from technical drawings and component lists.
- Strong team player with good communication skills.
- Commitment to workplace safety and quality assurance.
