Our client, based in Eastleigh, is seeking an experienced Solderer to join their manufacturing team. This is a hands-on role suited to someone with a solid background in electronics assembly and a keen eye for detail.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Perform conventional PCB assembly and mechanical assembly tasks.
  • Accurately identify electronic components and complete kitting processes.
  • Adhere to Environmental, Health & Safety standards at all times.
  • Maintain clear communication and work effectively as part of a team.
  • Comply with company codes of conduct and quality standards.
  • Carry out tasks assigned by the Production Manager or Supervisors.
  • Undertake any additional duties as directed by Team Leaders or Managers.
Requirements:
  • Proven experience in soldering and manufacturing electronic assemblies.
  • Ability to work from technical drawings and component lists.
  • Strong team player with good communication skills.
  • Commitment to workplace safety and quality assurance.
