Production Operative in Southampton

Job Title: Manufacturing / Production Operatives
Location: Hedge End
Contract: 6 Months (Strong potential for extension)
Pay: £12.90 per hour (rising to £13.21 after 12 weeks)
Hours: Monday to Friday, 7:00am – 3:00pm (37.5 hours/week)
Optional Late Shift: 3:00pm – 11:00pm with 25% shift premium

What you\’ll be doing:

• Assembling and testing a variety of products and sub-assemblies

• Ensuring high standards of quality and attention to detail

• Following procedures and working as part of a close-knit team

What we\’re looking for:

• Previous experience in a manufacturing or production environment

• Ideally, a background in electronics or similar technical field

• Good manual dexterity and the ability to focus on detailed tasks
