Our client, a leading engineering and maintenance provider, is seeking a skilled Panel Wirer to join their team in St Helens on a permanent basis.
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide wiring, mechanical assembly and fitting of components within electrical control cabinets and systems
- Read and understand circuit diagrams, wiring diagrams, and mechanical drawings
- Collaborate effectively with the engineering team
- Wire electrical control cabinets and systems
- Work both independently and as part of a multi-skilled team
- Fit out and assemble components within electrical control cabinets and systems
- Work as part of a team and use knowledge of 5S/Lean manufacturing to achieve KPIs
Job Requirements:
- Experience as a Panel Wirer within the manufacturing sector
- Proficient in reading and understanding circuit diagrams, wiring diagrams, and mechanical drawings
- Ability to work both independently and as part of a team
- Knowledge of 5S/Lean manufacturing principles
