Responsibilities : Plan, execute, and control capital (CAPEX) and operational (OPEX) investment projects. Implement and improve plant processes and equipment. Ensure compliance with Environmental Health and Safety (EHS) standards. Develop and oversee the annual and longer term investment plan. Collaborate with teams to coordinate plant outages and manage changes. Solve technical issues independently and escalate complex challenges when necessary. Drive productivity improvement initiatives.
