Description
- Manage the grounds maintenance needs of the site in accordance with the contract, including liaison with technicians, sub-contractors, internal support staff and client
- Record and maintain contractor certification status, review safety documentation and RAMS, ensure contractor inductions are up to date.
- Schedule, monitor compliance with, and close out routine grounds maintenance activities.
- Support contractual reporting requirements such as monthly, annual, and work completion reports.
- Support with budget tracking, raising purchase orders, receiving and compiling quotes, and invoicing.
- Support as a point of contact and maintain healthy working relationships with Landowners & Shepherds.
- Identify & record potential site hazards and identify alternative methods & machinery for safe maintenance.
- Support with potential biodiversity & ESG improvement strategies for the portfolio in-line with contracts, LEMP documentation and lease requirements.
- Maintain a Computerised Maintenance Management System (CMMS) and other quality management tools as necessary.
- Support with and progress corrective maintenance of civils & ecological improvement works including fencing, groundworks, planting, tree works & ecological surveys.
- Analysis of safety/incident KPIs and highlighting trends and anomalies.
- Provide further administrative support for the team where required
