Membership Delivery Manager Location: Solihull (Hybrid – minimum 2 days per week in office) Salary: £45,000 – £50,000 + bonus + benefits At Energy & Utility Skills Group, our work matters. We are looking for a Membership Delivery Manager to lead the operational delivery of membership services, network groups, and partnership activity across the organisation. Reporting to the Director of Membership & Strategic Engagement , you will ensure membership activity is delivered efficiently, consistently, and to a high standard—supporting engagement, retention, and organisational impact. Manage the end-to-end delivery of membership services, including onboarding, renewals, invoicing, and record management Oversee delivery and performance of the Energy & Utilities Careers & Jobs (EUCJ) platform, ensuring engagement and KPI achievement Coordinate membership and network activity across energy, gas, power, water, and waste sectors Act as a central coordination point to support membership retention and growth Maintain accurate CRM records (e.g. Microsoft Dynamics) and produce insight-led reporting to support decision-making Excellent communication and relationship-building skills Strong IT skills (Microsoft Office essential) Experience with CRM systems (e.g. Microsoft Dynamics) Competitive benefits including pension, bonus scheme, and wellbeing initiatives
