We deliver safety‑critical and technical apprenticeship assessments and qualifications and manage EUSR, the UK‑wide register of safety and competence for over 300,000 workers. We support the development of the UK’s future workforce and work closely with employers, training providers and industry bodies across the sector.

We are looking for an experienced and highly organised Executive Assistant to provide comprehensive PA, secretarial and administrative support to our Managing Director and, where required, the Chair and Senior Leadership Team. This is a pivotal role involving diary management, board and senior leadership coordination, preparation of papers and minutes, and proactive tracking of actions. You will work closely with teams across the organisation as well as external stakeholders, helping to ensure the smooth running of senior leadership activity.

  • Provide full PA and administrative support to the Managing Director
  • Support senior leadership planning, reporting, finance and people processes
  • You will have previous experience supporting senior executives in a fast‑paced environment and be confident working independently while juggling multiple priorities.
  • Experience in a similar Executive Assistant or senior PA role
  • Strong organisational and time‑management skills
  • High IT proficiency, including Microsoft Word, Excel, Outlook and MS Teams
  • A proactive, professional and flexible approach
  • Experience supporting board or governance meetings (essential)
