Role Description
This is a full-time position for a Marketing & Sales Executive. The Marketing & Sales Executive will be responsible for the following duties:
- Cultivate regular and effective communication with customers across diverse locations through virtual/in-person meetings;
- Maintain meticulous records and accounts of sales, efficiently handling customer complaints and concerns.
- Engage with customers to understand their needs, offering advice on service capabilities.
- Curate and manage a prospective customer list, conducting proactive sales calls to both
- existing and potential clients.
- Evaluate and analyse sales performance to identify areas for improvement and strategic adjustments.
- Lead negotiations for contracts and package deals. Provide customers with comprehensive quotes and sales orders.
- Deliver exceptional after-sales service, including courtesy calls and on-site visits. Collaborate with the sales team to follow up on quotes and actively pursue potential leads.
- Accurately complete sales order paperwork attention to detail.
- Generate and nurture potential leads to expand the client base and drive new accounts.
Qualifications
- Direct Experience in Marketing & Sales
- Proven track record in Sales, Client Relationship Management and Lead Generation
- Strong analytical skills for Market Research and Trend Analysis
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Ability to work collaboratively with the operations team
- Proficiency in using marketing and sales tools
- Experience in the energy sector is an advantage
- Bachelor\βs degree
