Programme Manager – West Yorkshire (Home-based)
Up to £45,000 pa + generous benefits

We’re looking for a home-based Programme Manager to lead an exciting new programme supporting householders to progress with domestic energy retrofit across West Yorkshire . You’ll oversee delivery across Calderdale, Leeds, Bradford, Kirklees, and Wakefield , so you must be based in West Yorkshire and have strong knowledge of the local area.
This is not an IT or construction project management role . We\’re seeking someone with experience delivering programmes on behalf of clients , working with partners and suppliers , managing quality assurance , and building strategic partnerships with local authorities and other organisations.
What you’ll be doing:
- Managing a consortium of delivery partners to provide a one-stop shop for householders
- Leading on the quality management of the programme
- Developing strong strategic partnerships with local authorities, suppliers, and finance partners
- Supporting delivery of services including:
- Remote and in-person energy advice
- Home visits and installation coordination
- Ongoing relationship management with stakeholders
What you’ll need:
- Proven experience in programme or project management
- A track record of managing delivery on behalf of a client
- Strong coordination and stakeholder engagement skills
- Experience working with external partners and suppliers
- Budget and performance management experience
