About the Role As the marketing services Lead, you will be responsible for leading our marketing services team at Energy Saving Trust. You will manage marketing bids, resource planning, mobilisation, and the provision of marketing services to our clients. Your role will involve ensuring that our marketing services are delivering to agreed objectives and KPIs, with clearly defined strategies in place. You will focus on continuous improvement of operational delivery, increasing our impact and efficiencies to deliver improved return on investment across our marketing service offering. You will support Energy Saving Trust’s growth objectives by building strong relationships with our clients both new and retained. Responsibilities Devise and manage an annual programme of client marketing activity, collaborating with brand and content, digital and corporate marketing and PR to reach measurable KPIs. Develop client strategies that are customer-centric and data-driven, considering the latest marketing trends and responding to changing market demands. Manage corporate reputation and business risk around the use of our brand and logos across all marketing service deliverables. Support the building of external strategic relationships to develop our position, knowledge, expertise, and reach to support the delivery of our marketing service offering. Oversee, support, contribute to, and sign off all tender responses, project applications, and new proposals, ensuring all marketing requirements are appropriate, costed, and planned. Lead the marketing services team, providing direction and support, and ensuring that team members are motivated and have the necessary skills to deliver work effectively and efficiently. Ensure that the team has the required capacity to deliver work and that time is being used effectively across the team. Accountable for marketing services budgets, planned in conjunction with programme managers, finance, and HR, ensuring work is delivered to budget. Qualifications Extensive experience in developing marketing strategies to deliver against agreed KPIs. Extensive experience in providing marketing services on behalf of clients. Experience in resource management, budget management and oversight of marketing services. Experience in managing third party agencies and consultants. Knowledge and experience of external engagement and client development. Knowledge and experience of business development including identifying business opportunities, and tender proposal development and costing. Knowledge and experience of team management and development. Pay range and compensation package Salary: ÂŁ60,000 (depending on experience) Part-time or job share salary calculated pro rata.
