We are looking for a Digital and Corporate Marketing Lead to develop our approach to digital first marketing best practice and the delivery of a corporate marketing strategy to engage audiences in our mission.

The team will lead a group of Digital and B2B marketing experts, developing our approach to digital first marketing best practice and the delivery of a corporate marketing strategy to engage audiences in our mission.
To help deliver our mission to tackle the climate crisis, we are seeking a commercially minded, results-driven marketing leader to define and lead our corporate marketing strategy. This role will support the organisation’s business goals across both Business-to-Consumer (B2C) and Business-to-Business (B2B) audiences. You’ll lead a team of experts, embedding digital best practice across all of our corporate marketing activity and client marketing services.
The role includes:
- Developing Energy Saving Trust’s annual corporate marketing strategy, delivering growth across our B2C and B2B audiences, with a focus on revenue growth, mission impact and brand visibility.
- Oversight and responsibility for all corporate marketing channels, including the Energy Saving Trust website, ensuring best practice for all channels and maximising them to grow and retain our audiences.
- Defining and tracking clear marketing objectives and supporting Key Performance Indicators in line with Energy Saving Trust’s strategy.
- Leading the digital marketing and corporate business marketing team, providing direction and support.
- Developing our digital marketing expertise, strengthening our skills and capabilities and building an increasing focus on performance marketing across all client marketing services and corporate marketing activities.
- Accountable for the organisation’s corporate marketing budget including B2B and B2C campaign budgets and digital marketing budget.
What you’ll bring:
- Extensive experience of developing corporate marketing strategies targeting a range of audiences.
- Extensive experience within the commercial sector, achieving ambitious growth targets through a range of B2B marketing strategies, including Account-based marketing (ABM) and Vertical Marketing.
- Experience of leading, motivating and developing marketing teams with a focus on digital marketing expertise.
- Expertise in a range of paid and owned marketing channels, across website, organic and paid social, paid and organic search, programmatic and marketing automation tools.
- Passion for addressing the climate emergency.
