Working with the Downstream and Market Service team, you will be supporting the Admin Team for a team of 50+ consultants, who are in various locations within the UK and Europe. Previous office experience is essential; an ability to react quickly to changing deadlines is a must. The work environment is fast-moving, and the individual will need to be resilient, flexible and adaptable within this varied role.
Support the Senior Executive Assistant/Executive Assistant in the day-to-day running of the department. Key duties include:
- Administration support as required.
- Filing and archiving.
- Report formatting and proof reading.
- Formatting of documents as well as gaining relevant approvals to issue.
- Post, couriering and tracking of documentation.
- Manage meeting rooms.
- Organise client lunches and hospitality.
- Manage stationery orders ensuring appropriate stocks.
Key Requirements
- General education, preferably to at least HNC / A level.
- Working knowledge of MS Word / Excel / PowerPoint. MS Visio experience is desirable.
- Typing speed of at least 50 words per min is desirable.
