As our HVAC Service Technician, you will earn $25.00 - $35.00/hour (based on experience) and receive bonuses for excellent work. You will work 8:00 am - 5:00 pm, Monday - Friday with some on-call. Overtime is available, and you work every other Saturday.

Our HVAC Service Technician diagnoses, repairs, and maintains residential heating and air conditioning systems. You put your problem-solving skills to work as you troubleshoot issues with our customers' equipment, replace faulty parts, and make quality repairs. As you work, you document your services and maintain accurate job records. Customer service is an important part of the job, and you make sure to communicate clearly with clients, answer questions, and provide multiple service recommendations to ensure they are fully satisfied.
Minimum Requirements
- EPA certification
- Ability to work independently
- Ability to maintain, repair, and replace residential split systems, package units, and ductless systems
- Ability to troubleshoot and diagnose heating and air conditioning equipment
- Communication and customer service skills
- Valid driver's license and a clean driving record
- Ability to serve the South Hampton Roads region
Preferred Qualifications
- NATE certification
- 3+ years of field service experience
- Experience with answering customer questions, resolving complaints, and providing technical guidance
