Requirements
- 5+ years in service delivery management, ideally within energy markets, financial software, or SaaS/cloud environments.
- Experience building strong client relationships, driving service excellence, and leading teams to deliver measurable results.
- Strong technical proficiency in ITIL, Jira Service Desk, Power BI, ISO 27001 compliance, and cloud infrastructure.
- Proven leadership skills with the ability to influence outcomes, hold teams accountable, and embed effective processes.
- Excellent communication skills and a detail-oriented, proactive approach to problem-solving.
