What You’ll Be Doing:
- Create and maintain automation test scripts to validate business requirements and acceptance criteria.
- Coordinate production releases by working closely with key stakeholders.
- Execute automated regression test packs to support manual testing efforts.
- Perform functional and regression testing on all code and configuration changes to ensure system reliability.
- Document QA processes and best practices, contributing to the team's knowledge base.
- Conduct exploratory testing to complement automated tests and align with agile best practices.
- Collaborate with DevOps and Client Delivery teams to understand technical changes and testing priorities.
- Work closely with developers to identify, log, and resolve bugs and unexpected behaviours.
- Ensure compliance with industry standards and best testing practices within the QA team.
- Contribute to improving testing efficiency and accuracy, supporting continuous integration and deployment efforts.
What We’re Looking For:
- We’re seeking a detail-oriented and proactive QA Engineer who is passionate about automation, quality assurance, and continuous improvement.
- Experience as a QA Engineer, Junior Developer, or working in a software environment.
- Experience coding in C# and an understanding of software testing principles.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities, with the ability to troubleshoot complex issues.
- Working knowledge of QA best practices and a commitment to delivering high-quality software.
- Experience with Microsoft Azure DevOps (ADO) and Selenium is a plus.
- Familiarity with CI/CD pipelines, Git, Jira, and X-Ray is desirable.
