As a People & Culture (P&C) Partner, you’ll play a vital role in supporting our Solihull office, combining HR expertise with operational excellence to create an engaging, high-performing workplace. Reporting to the Global Head of People & Culture, who is based in France you will work as part of a small, friendly, dedicated global team.

What You’ll Be Doing:

In this dynamic role, you’ll be responsible for a blend of strategic HR initiatives and office management.

  • Serve as a trusted advisor on employee relations, organisational design, performance management and remuneration.
  • Act as the primary contact for employees regarding HR policies and procedures.
  • Partner with managers to design and implement strategies for skill development, employee engagement, and retention.
  • Maintain accurate employee records and ensure compliance with labour laws.
  • Participate in the development of HR programs, both locally and globally.
  • Maintain health and safety records and ensure the workplace environment supports employee well-being and productivity.
  • Oversee the daily operations of the office, ensuring it runs efficiently.
  • Manage office supplies, vendor relationships, and service contracts.
  • Coordinate repairs, maintenance, and upgrades for the office space.

What We’re Looking For:

We’re seeking an experienced, proactive HR professional with a passion for creating positive workplace environments and fostering employee growth.

  • Proven HR generalist experience at a Business Partner level.
  • Strong knowledge of employment laws and HR best practices.
  • Experience with facilities management, including health and safety compliance.
  • Excellent communication, organisational, and problem-solving skills.
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines in a dynamic environment.
