Role Overview
We are seeking a Software Developer with strong object-oriented programming skills and experience working with .NET and writing tests using Playwright and/or Selenium. The ideal candidate will be collaborative, eager to learn, and open to adopting modern cloud and microservice-based architectures. You will work with a cross‑functional team to design, develop, and maintain applications that support EnergyOne’s platform and services. The Role
- Experience in software development with C# and .NET (.NET Framework and/or .NET Core).
- Strong understanding of object-oriented programming (OOP) principles and design patterns.
- Solid experience with Microsoft SQL Server, including schema design and SQL development.
- Experience building REST and SOAP APIs and working with JSON/XML data formats.
- Familiarity with source control systems, preferably Git.
- Familiarity with Selenium, TypeScript, and Playwright.
- Problem‑solving mindset and effective communication skills.
Essential Requirements
- Develop, maintain, and enhance .NET applications using C# and related technologies.
- Develop, maintain and enhance Playwright and Selenium suite of tests.
- Contribute to the design and architecture of software components following object-oriented principles and best practices.
- Work with Microsoft SQL Server, including writing complex queries, stored procedures, and performance tuning.
- Collaborate with the team on the design and implementation of microservices and distributed systems.
- Assist in integrating new features into existing Windows Services and cloud‑ready components.
- Participate in code reviews, technical discussions, and knowledge‑sharing sessions.
- Troubleshoot and resolve application issues across development, test, and production environments.
- Follow Agile development methodologies and contribute to continuous improvement.
