About the role

Energy One Limited is seeking a Business Analyst with energy sector expertise to join our dynamic team. Reporting to the Chief Customer Officer, this multifaceted role combines Business Analysis, Implementation Consulting, and Account Management. You’ll deliver tailored software solutions, maintain trusted client relationships, and guide projects across the full lifecycle – from requirements gathering to implementation and beyond.

What you'll do

  • Support client implementations: requirements analysis, configuration, training, and customizations.
  • Collaborate with Development teams to deliver product enhancements.
  • Investigate systems and scenarios to develop effective solutions and workarounds.
  • Provide expert advice to clients, ensuring systems meet their business needs.
  • Become a subject matter expert, contributing to sales, account management, and support functions.

What we’re looking for

  • 2+ years in a BA/Implementation Consultant role, ideally in Energy Trading or a B2B environment.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with a hands-on approach to software systems.
  • Excellent communication skills to build lasting client relationships.
  • Self-motivated, curious, and adaptable to fast-paced project demands.
  • Ability to think outside the box and work through complex scenarios.

Desirable skills

  • Domain knowledge of Energy Trading, ETRM systems, or Commodities/Financial Trading.
  • Proficiency in tools such as SQL and Power BI.
  • ISEB BA qualifications or European language skills (e.g., French, German, Spanish).
