As an HR Advisor, you will deliver high‑quality generalist HR support across the employee lifecycle, ensuring effective people management, compliance and organisational development. You will provide expert advice to managers and staff on HR policies, employment law and people‑related matters, supporting areas such as performance management, employee relations, recruitment and onboarding. Alongside overseeing benefits, payroll co‑ordination and learning and development initiatives, you will champion equity, diversity, inclusion and wellbeing, helping to shape an inclusive and engaging workplace.
Additionally, you will:
- Ensure compliance with UK employment law and HR best practice
- Support disciplinaries, grievances and absence management
- Maintain and analyse HR data, systems and people metrics
- Lead recruitment, onboarding and offboarding processes
- Contribute to HR projects, audits and continuous improvement
About You
To be considered as an HR Advisor, you will need:
- Demonstrable experience in an HR role
- Strong knowledge of employment legislation and HR best practices
- The ability to influence and challenge at senior levels
- Exceptional influencing, negotiation, and relationship‑building skills
