Are you an Operations Manager with a passion for high performance vehicles looking for an exciting new opportunity to join an industry leading company that are offering brilliant progression opportunities and the chance to work on some exciting projects?

On offer is a fantastic opportunity to become a fundamental asset to the business. You will be planning and managing workshop productivity, oversee all servicing, maintenance and repairs of high performance vehicles and managing parts and stock levels to ensure efficiency and cost control.

This Company has rapidly grown and is globally recognised for the specialist work they do within the Automotive industry, working on high performance cars such as Mclaren\’s and Audi\’s. With the quality of their work, they have created a strong reputation for performance increasing, engine rebuilds and servicing and maintaining specialist vehicles to the highest quality, providing customers with great efficiency.

This role would suit a car enthusiast with Operations Management experience seeking an exciting role where no two days are the same and you get the chance to work on some exciting projects within the Automotive sector.

The Role:

  • Plan and manage workshop productivity, ensuring targets and objectives are met
  • Lead, motivate and develop a team of technicians ensuring high performance and quality standards are met
  • Oversee all maintenance, servicing and repairs of high performance vehicles
  • Work directly with customers, providing updates and ensuring customer satisfaction
  • Implement and manage quality control processes to ensure all vehicles leave the workshop in optimal condition
  • Manage ordering parts and stock levels
  • Ensure compliance with all health and safety regulations

The Person:

  • Proven experience managing a workshop within the Automotive or High Performance Vehicle industry
  • Experience in a customer facing role
