Key Responsibilities:

  • Commercial Risk Management: Conduct thorough commercial risk assessments and develop effective mitigation plans.
  • Contract Review & Risk Assessment: Support the Tendering, Bid, and Proposals team with detailed clause-by-clause reviews of sales terms and conditions.
  • Consortium Agreements: Review consortium agreements and collaborate with partners and stakeholders to build strong partnerships.

What We're Looking For:

  • Educational Background: Bachelor's degree in Business, Engineering, or a related field.
  • Experience: Solid background in Tendering, Proposals, Contracts, or Project Management.
  • Global Perspective: Understanding of turnkey substation business and project risk mitigation.
  • Contract Knowledge: Familiarity with NEC, FIDIC, and other standard contract models.
  • Travel: Willingness to travel up to 20%.
