Our client is a £1bn turnover business active in a range of sectors including data centres, education, commercial, industrial, residential, hotels, health care and construction management. They are undertaking a major £1.1bn regeneration scheme in York, comprising over 2,000 new homes and up to one million sq ft of office, retail and hospitality space, plus transport improvements.
Responsibilities
- Produce and maintain tender programmes.
- Attend regular site visits to assist the team with planning issues.
- Collate progress information and identify areas of concern during the planning stage.
- Create and update workable construction programmes.
- Provide planning expertise and advice across projects.
