Role Overview

As a Field Service Technician you will travel to customer sites within the allocated region carrying out inspections, maintenance, fault finding and repairs on a range of specialist equipment. You will diagnose faults, resolve technical issues, and ensure equipment remains operational for customers. The role requires a practical, methodical approach, strong customer service and problem‑solving skills, and the ability to work independently while representing the business professionally.
