Field Service Engineer – Location: Worcester and West Midlands.
Responsibilities
- Servicing, maintaining and repairing forklift trucks and a range of material handling equipment (MHE) across customer sites within the local area.
- Fault finding, diagnostics, planned maintenance and breakdown repairs.
- Organise own workload and diary, working autonomously.
- Work with a strong technical back‑office team and participate in ongoing manufacturer training and development.
Qualifications
- Hands‑on servicing or maintenance experience of forklift trucks, mobile plant machinery, HGVs or industrial vehicles.
- Experience in electrical, mechanical and hydraulics disciplines.
- Recognised engineering qualification.
- Full UK driving licence.
- Minimum Level 3 qualification in engineering (desirable).
- Prior experience as a Field Service Engineer is desirable.
