Welder responsible for performing manual TIG, CNC TIG, and EB welding operations on aerospace components while ensuring quality, precision, and compliance with ISO standards. Focus on blueprint interpretation, welding execution, inspection, and production support.
Key Responsibilities
- Prepare weld joints per work instructions
- Perform manual TIG, CNC TIG, and EB welding
- Weld components according to specifications
- Perform belt sanding and part preparation
- Inspect welding tools and equipment
- Document completed work in travelers
- Maintain production quality standards
- Perform preventative equipment maintenance
- Support housekeeping and safety practices
