We are working with a DTC Subscription brand who are entering an exciting phase of growth and investing further in their marketing capability to accelerate customer acquisition and long-term revenue performance. This newly created role as Performance Marketing Manager offers the chance to take ownership of their customer acquisition strategy, analytics and channel optimisation within a highly entrepreneurial environment. Your insights will directly influence commercial outcomes. The growth potential is huge as there is a roadmap to a future "Head of Growth" for the right person.
Role Highlights:
- Manage and optimise paid acquisition channels across multiple digital platforms including Meta, Google Search & PMAX
- Monitor campaign performance, identifying trends, risks and growth opportunities
- Develop testing strategies to improve acquisition efficiency and conversion rates
- Build reporting frameworks, dashboards and performance insights for stakeholders
- Collaborate with creative and leadership teams to improve marketing outcomes
You Will Need:
- Agency or high-growth DTC brand background
- Ownership of acquisition channels, both strategically and operationally (Google, Meta, PMax)
- Comfortable scaling smaller budgets
- Strong analytical skills - must be data-driven and focused on profitable growth
- Advanced Excel or Google Sheets skills, with SQL knowledge advantageous
- Thrives in a fast-paced, start up environment
- Subscription experience is a plus
