They are now seeking a Civil Paralegal to join their team in Windsor, providing legal and administrative support across a range of civil law matters, with particular interest in candidates who have gained exposure to family law, litigation, or wider dispute resolution work.

- Key Requirements
- 3+ years paralegal experience, ideally within a law firm or legal department.
- A paralegal qualification, law degree, or equivalent legal education.
- Experience supporting civil litigation matters, ideally with exposure to family law and litigation.
- Knowledge of civil procedure rules, court processes and litigation workflows.
- Strong legal research, drafting and document preparation skills.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- High levels of accuracy, attention to detail and confidentiality.
- Strong organisational and time‑management skills, with the ability to manage deadlines.
- Good working knowledge of Microsoft Office and legal case management systems.
- The ability to work independently, while also contributing as part of a collaborative legal team.
- Experience with court filing systems, document management platforms, disclosure documents, bundles, witness statements, pleadings and court forms would be highly advantageous.
- Role & Responsibilities
As a Civil Paralegal, you will provide key support to solicitors across civil law matters, helping to manage case files, prepare legal documentation, liaise with clients and third parties, and support the wider litigation process.
Your responsibilities will include
- Assisting solicitors with civil litigation matters.
- Drafting legal documents, including pleadings, witness statements, correspondence and court forms.
- Conducting legal research and summarising findings clearly and accurately.
- Managing and maintaining case files, records and document databases.
- Liaising with clients, courts, barristers, experts and other parties.
- Preparing bundles and evidence for court hearings, mediations and trials.
- Monitoring deadlines and helping to ensure compliance with court rules and procedures.
- Reviewing, organising and managing disclosure documents.
- Supporting case preparation and assisting with settlement‑related documentation.
- Attending meetings, hearings or court proceedings where required.
- Handling sensitive information appropriately and maintaining strict confidentiality.
