Willow Hill Supply, LLC is hiring a full-time Laser Machine Operator for our first shift team in Winchester, KY. This position also helps support our print department when needed. We manufacture custom patches, printed products, and tactical gear under the brands Tactical Gear Junkie and Kentucky Emblem. Since 2011, we’ve focused on quality products, teamwork, and taking care of our customers. We’re looking for someone dependable who likes working with machines, staying busy, and learning new skills. Training is provided.

What You’ll Do

  • Operate laser cutting machines and related equipment
  • Load and prepare materials for production
  • Run and monitor print equipment when needed
  • Cut, weed, and assemble printed products
  • Keep multiple machines running efficiently
  • Check products for quality and accuracy
  • Perform basic machine maintenance and cleaning
  • Help track jobs and production progress
  • Keep work areas clean and organized
  • Follow safety procedures while operating equipment
