Consolidated Electric Services of Virginia (CESVA) is seeking a highly skilled Journeyman or Master Electrician to join our team. We are looking for strong, reliable electricians who can perform at a high level in a fast-paced construction environment and take ownership of their work. Key Responsibilities

  • Install, maintain, and troubleshoot commercial electrical systems
  • Read and interpret blueprints, schematics, and specifications
  • Perform conduit bending (EMT, Rigid, PVC) with precision
  • Pull wire, terminate panels, and install switchgear and devices
  • Ensure all work complies with NEC, OSHA, and project specifications
  • Coordinate with project managers, foremen, and other trades
  • Maintain clean, safe, and organized work areas
  • Lead smaller crews (for experienced candidates)

Requirements

  • Valid Journeyman or Master Electrician License (VA or WV)
  • Minimum 5 to 10+ years commercial electrical experience
  • Strong knowledge of NEC and commercial construction practices
  • Ability to read and work from blueprints independently
  • Proficient in conduit bending and layout
  • Reliable transportation and valid driver’s license
  • Ability to pass background check (school project requirement)
  • Strong work ethic and team‑first attitude
