Consolidated Electric Services of Virginia (CESVA) is seeking a highly skilled Journeyman or Master Electrician to join our team. We are looking for strong, reliable electricians who can perform at a high level in a fast-paced construction environment and take ownership of their work. Key Responsibilities
- Install, maintain, and troubleshoot commercial electrical systems
- Read and interpret blueprints, schematics, and specifications
- Perform conduit bending (EMT, Rigid, PVC) with precision
- Pull wire, terminate panels, and install switchgear and devices
- Ensure all work complies with NEC, OSHA, and project specifications
- Coordinate with project managers, foremen, and other trades
- Maintain clean, safe, and organized work areas
- Lead smaller crews (for experienced candidates)
Requirements
- Valid Journeyman or Master Electrician License (VA or WV)
- Minimum 5 to 10+ years commercial electrical experience
- Strong knowledge of NEC and commercial construction practices
- Ability to read and work from blueprints independently
- Proficient in conduit bending and layout
- Reliable transportation and valid driver’s license
- Ability to pass background check (school project requirement)
- Strong work ethic and team‑first attitude
Qualifications
