- Position Overview
- We are seeking an experienced
- Project Manager to support a major semiconductor manufacturing expansion as an
Owner's Representative .
This role will manage capital construction projects across an active semiconductor campus, overseeing projects from initial scoping through final turnover while representing the owner's interests throughout the entire project lifecycle.
Project work includes base building construction, structural/civil/architectural (CSA) retrofits, manufacturing areas, cleanrooms, laboratory spaces, and other mission-critical facility improvements .
This is a true owner-side position requiring extensive coordination with client stakeholders, architects, engineers, consultants, and general contractors.
Heavy semiconductor construction experience is required.
Responsibilities
- Represent the owner throughout all phases of capital construction projects.
- Scope projects directly with client stakeholders and establish project objectives.
- Manage architectural and engineering (A/E) teams through design development and construction documentation.
- Develop and issue bid packages on behalf of the owner.
- Lead contractor selection and manage General Contractors throughout construction.
- Manage project budgets, forecasts, schedules, and overall project execution.
- Review RFIs, submittals, change orders, and project documentation.

- Drive project turnover, closeout documentation, and owner acceptance.
- Maintain strong communication with client leadership and project stakeholders while ensuring schedule, budget, quality, and safety objectives are achieved.
- Required Qualifications
- Extensive semiconductor construction experience (required).
- Previous Owner's Representative experience on capital construction projects.
- Proven experience managing projects from project scoping through turnover.
- Strong experience managing architects, engineers, consultants, and general contractors.
