Network Plus is seeking a Senior Quantity Surveyor to drive efficiencies and manage all financial aspects of projects on site with our clients.
You will oversee commercial and contractual matters to deliver margins while identifying risks and opportunities.
Responsibilities include weekly P&L, subcontract management, CVRs, interim valuations, and change control.
You will support risk reviews, pricing, and daily commercial activities; NEC4 exposure and Utilities sector experience are preferred.
