We are seeking a Plant Engineer or similar with experience working with heavy plant such as excavators, cranes, Casagrande, Bauer, Liebherr, and Soilmec equipment. The role is based in Burscough, Greater Manchester and offers a Monday‑to‑Friday schedule, a vehicle, and a competitive benefit package.
Your work will involve both workshop and field duties, focusing on fault‑finding for mechanical and electrical equipment, rigging, inspections, and preventative maintenance on a range of heavy construction plant.
The Role:- Work on heavy machinery and plant equipment
- Split 80‑20 between site and workshop
- Fault finding and maintenance
- Monday to Thursday (7:30am – 5pm) / Friday (7:30am – 1pm)
- Plant Engineer or similar professional
- Able to commute to Burscough
- UK driver’s licence
