Our company is growing, and we have multiple opportunities for time‑served Electricians to carry out electrical work within our Renewable Energy Systems where you will be installing Solar PV, Battery Storage, Air Source Heat Pump systems, and Gas Boilers.

These roles are based across the Greater London area.

Responsibilities

  • Install Solar PV Systems, Battery Storage, Air Source Heat Pump Systems, or Gas Boilers as required on domestic properties and meet all legislative requirements.
  • Carry out repair, renewal, and maintenance work.
  • Install and test new domestic electrical works – fans and vents.
  • Install electric storage heaters and inspect all electrical installations, fixed wiring circuits, and repairs; issue required certification for the work carried out.
  • Comply with H&S policies and procedures, and carry out on‑site risk assessments for jobs undertaken.
  • Diagnose faults on site and keep records of work undertaken, including maintenance and repair work.
  • Carry out any alterations and new circuits to domestic properties and report all non‑electrical faults to the line manager.

Qualifications

  • Approved recognised trade qualification such as City & Guilds, SVQ level 3, or equivalent.
  • Trained to current regulations (18th Edition).
  • Hold an inspections & testing certificate along with a CSCS or ECS card.
  • Industry knowledge of Renewable Fuels such as Solar PV, Battery Storage, Air Source Heat Pumps, and Gas Boilers.
  • Strong communication skills to relay technical information to customers and colleagues.
  • Working knowledge and understanding of all current Health and Safety legislation.
  • Full UK Driver’s License.
